1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Tim - Personal Finance mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
Tim is a personal finance application that helps users:
- Connect and monitor bank accounts securely
- Track financial transactions and balances
- Analyze cash flow and spending patterns
- Receive financial insights and projections
- Access premium features through subscription
3. Subscription Terms and Billing
3.1 Subscription Plans
Tim Premium Monthly:
• Price: $2.99 per month
• Billing: Automatically charged monthly
• Free Trial: 7 days (new subscribers only)
• Features: Unlimited bank connections, real-time updates, advanced analytics
3.2 Billing and Payment
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days
- Payment Method: Your Apple ID payment method will be charged
- Currency: Prices are in USD and may vary by region
- Tax: Applicable taxes will be added to your subscription price
3.3 Free Trial Terms
- Duration: 7 days from subscription activation
- Payment Method Required: Apple requires a valid payment method even for free trials
- Automatic Conversion: Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
- Cancellation: You may cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
- One Trial Per User: Free trial is limited to one per Apple ID
3.4 Automatic Renewal
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Renewal Notice: Apple will notify you before renewal
- Renewal Charge: Your payment method will be charged 24 hours before renewal
- Price Changes: We will notify you of any price changes with 30 days notice
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation Process
To Cancel Your Subscription:
- Open iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
- Select "Tim - Personal Finance"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation

- Through the App Store app on your device
- Contact Apple Support directly

4.2 Effective Date of Cancellation
- During Trial: Cancellation is effective immediately with no charge
- During Paid Period: Service continues until the end of current billing cycle
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months
4.3 Refund Policy
- Apple's Policy: Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy
- Refund Requests: Contact Apple Support for refund requests
- Our Assistance: We can help facilitate refund requests with Apple
- Exceptional Cases: We may consider refunds for technical issues preventing service use
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Uses
You may use the App to:

5.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use the App to:
- Access accounts you don't own or aren't authorized to access

- Upload malicious code or viruses
5.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Using strong, unique passwords

7. Financial Data and Plaid Integration

- We use Plaid Inc. to securely connect to your bank accounts
- You authorize us to access your account information through Plaid
- We do not store your banking credentials
- Connection is read-only and cannot initiate transactions
7.2 Data Accuracy

- Data accuracy depends on information provided by financial institutions
- You should verify important information with your bank
- We are not responsible for errors in third-party data

- We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service

9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
